We cooperate with companies from all sectors at different stages of their development, from sole traders or limited liability companies to capital groups.  We help organizations select the appropriate structure to be best suited to their needs.  We advise and propose solutions in tax matters as well as the setting up of businesses in foreign countries.  We establish foreign companies on Polish ground, mainly Slovakian and Ukrainian firms, preparing all the documents associated with the set up.

We assist in all types of corporate transactions – not only in ongoing business activities but also in the creation of corporates and holding companies, the buying and selling of shares, as well as mergers and acquisitions.  We participate in negotiations, we conduct legal due diligence and we advise on stock exchange matters.  We specialize in atypical corporate structures and we are experts on competition law.  This way, we ensure that none of the transactions will be questioned by the OCCP.

When necessary, we conduct corporate liquidation cases, always having our client’s best interests in mind.  We also provide expertise on bankruptcy proceedings.

We use our knowledge of the development industry by cooperating with companies.  Complex real estate transactions (sales, purchase and rentals) for the needs of businesses – these are our most frequent assignments.
