MyLo in an acquisition transaction of an office building in Kraków
MyLo law firm provided counselling for a group of development companies in concluding a preliminary purchase agreement of an office building located in the very center of Kraków.
The building was built with the use of the most innovative technological solutions and its prestigious standard will be confirmed with an international LEED Platinium certificate.
The construction works of a five story building office will be complete in the first half of 2018.
