Paweł Wereszczyński

legal advisor

I have been working at MyLo since 2010.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow and I defended my Master’s Thesis at the Department of Private Economic Law.  I completed my legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow.

I already started to gain my professional experience in 2006 during my university studies by working at a law firm in Cracow.  Afterwards, as part of my legal apprenticeship I worked with one of the top ten largest law firms in Poland.  For the past several years, I have been providing legal assistance to the authorities.

I specialize mainly in civil, economic, labor and employment, administrative and food law.  I also have extensive experience in litigation.

Every year, I participate in several training sessions.  I am particularly interested in training concerning civil, employment, e-commerce, competition and food law.  Moreover, I conduct training sessions on administrative and food law several times a year.

Law is my hobby.  Every work day proves interesting since each legal case is different and unique.  Analyzing the various types of solutions, customer meetings, negotiations, litigation – this kind of diversity makes it impossible to dislike my work.
