Winning a case in the District Court in Warsaw concerning mortgage annulment
After a nearly 3-year long dispute in the first instance court the lawyers from MyLo, representing the Municipal Consumer Advocate in Warsaw succeeded in obtaining a verdict of the District Court in Warsaw, in which a 12,4 million PLN worth mortgage – an encumbrance for 40 apartments located in Ząbki near Warsaw – has been proclaimed null and void. The apartments have been bought from a developer with the mortgage, which according to the Municipal Consumer Advocate was an infringement of law. The verdict is still appealable. The case is conducted by MyLo lawyers – advocate Łukasz Gładki and legal advisor Tomasz Pogoda.
