Edward with a million for development

MyLo law firm provided consulting services in the transaction regarding investing by YouNick Mint Venture Capital into a 2040.IO – a company, which develops a sales departments’ support app called Edward. Edward is an assistant, based on artificial intelligence algorithm. You can read more about it and about the transaction itself on the YouNick Mint fund website.

The services of MyLo’s lawyers regarded establishing the corporate governance of the Company after entering by the fund, including the content of the investment agreement and the new articles of association.
