A settlement with GDDKiA concerning the building of the A2 motorway

We gladly inform, that MyLo law firm as a representative of one of the subcontractors in the A2 motorway building process has reached a very profitable settlement with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA). Pursuant to the provisions of the settlement our client will obtain remuneration directly from the State Treasury – GDDKiA, summing up to a seven-figure amount. The disputes concerned both the works commissioned by the general contractor – the COVEC consortium, as well as the standstill between leaving the constructions works by COVEC and further works under the new general contractor BOGL a KRYSL.
