A Swedish equity crowdfunding platform FundedByMe (FBM) enters the Polish market. FBM was founded in 2011 and specializes in collecting international financing for businesses in their initial phase of development (seed, start-up) from investors from all around the world. FBM has its offices and subsidiary companies also in Finland, Danemark, Norway, Spain, Germany, Italy and Singapore.

From the point of view of perspectives for this kind of crowdfunding development, the crucial factor is the latest prospectus regulation, according to which the non-prospectus public offers threshold is raised from 100.000 EUR up to 1.000.000 EUR. You can find the new prospectus regulation here.
